شرح وظایف و مسئولیت های این شغل
.
Provide and revise various drafts and contracts.
. Legal advisory, consultancy, and litigation.
. Draft, negotiate and conclude written letters, memoranda, agreements, and/or other documents relating to all significant commercial transactions to optimize and protect the interests of the business.
. Lead and manage market external engagement to mitigate risk to the business and maximize competitive advantage.
. Manage the provision of counsel to stakeholders on legal issues affecting the market.
. Coordinate and support the defense of any product liability or other litigation that may arise in the market to eliminate potentially significant financial and reputational consequences.
. Manage the registration and licensing of intellectual property rights to the business as well as with any infringement or other protection action to maximize the value of company brands and know-how.
. Ensure high standards of corporate governance across the market on the management of commercial and corporate law, regulatory issues, excise, trade, reputation, security, and anti-illicit trade issues.
. Coordinate with other functions in responding to governmental queries and investigations in order to mitigate legal risks.
. Assist with all required legal communications and internal and external interactions
. Ensure a risk-based comprehensive legal and compliance program is implemented in the company.
. Secure adherence to policies and code of conduct related to data privacy laws.

. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
. At least 8 years of experience in legal or compliance areas in consumer electronic manufacturing or multinational companies, working as a legal manager or director and/or a compliance director.
. Sound commercial sense and practical approach.
. Ability to exercise judgment and assess risk in diverse markets.
. Effective in coordinating matters and resources in-house and in directing external advisers in complex transactions.
. Fluency in written and spoken English and familiarity with legal documentation in English.
. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
